Step One: You sign up - Complete a simple form which tells us about you and your business and what you would like us to do for you. You will get an immediate online estimate - it will only be more than £100 if you choose any of the optional extras. Also give us your phone number so the Doctor can call.

Step Two: After we have spoken to you - We confirm with a written fixed price quotation - We will put in writing what we will do and we also check what suitable domain names are available for your company so you can choose the best. We will also include an invoice for half of the amount usually £50+VAT.

Step Three: Part Payment - If you decide to use our service simply pay the part invoice. If you change your mind, no problem.

Step Four: Video, Audio and Photographs - When we receive your part payment - If you have asked for personalised video, audio or photos one of the Doctor's assistants will make arrangements for an house call to capture these. Also we reserve the domain name you have chosen to ensure no one else takes it.

Step Five: We produce your web pages - In a couple of weeks we design the pages you have asked for and make them available for you to view on the Internet to check them.

Step Six: When you are happy - We invoice you the final part of the payment (Usually £50+VAT) and when settled your web site goes live.

We will then invoice you an amount equal to 50% each annum to keep your web site active.

Please note: Doctor Website presently only makes house calls in the Dudley/Sandwell area. We can still produce web sites for companies outside that area but if you require a visit for video or photographs we have to make an extra charge which may exceed the cost of the web site alone. FREE visits for consultation and photographs are included in the £100 cost for businesses in the Dudley/Sandwell area.
